Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tradie AI (“TAI”, the “App”, or the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App or Site.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Ridley Commerce Pty Ltd (ABN33653368248).
Eligibility
- You must be at least 15 years old to use TAI in Australia (or the minimum digitalconsent age in your country, if higher).
- Users under 15 may only use TAI with parental or guardian consent.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Use of Services
You agree to use TAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Misuse TAI for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or illegal.
- Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
- Use TAI to generate or distribute spam, malware, or misinformation.
AI Disclaimer
- TAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content and provide information.
- Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, financial, compliance, medical, or psychological advice).
- Users are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them in real-world situations.
- We disclaim liability for reliance on AI outputs beyond intended trade and productivitypurposes.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
- TAI is not a counselling, therapy, or crisis service.
- While users may find AI interactions comforting, TAI is not designed to provide medical or psychological treatment.
- If you are experiencing distress or a mental health crisis, you should contact a qualified health professional or crisis hotline immediately.
Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features of TAI require payment of fees.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are subject to change with notice.
Intellectual Property
- All rights in the App, Site, branding, and services remain the property of Ridley Commerce Pty Ltd.
- Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant us a licence to use it solely for operating and improving the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use TAI.
- We do not guarantee that TAI will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will always be accurate.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with TAI is to stop using the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridley Commerce Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of TAI or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Service
We may update, suspend, or discontinue TAI (in whole or part) at any time without liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the App and Site, with the revised date. Continued use of TAI after changes constitutes acceptance.
